Relax into a guided sound immersion designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep physical and mental restoration. This experience blends live instrumentation and atmospheric sound design to create a meditative environment that supports relaxation and regulation.
Led by Navin Sahjpaul, BMT, RCC, this session draws on principles of music therapy and clinical counselling. Navin intentionally shapes each journey to help participants shift out of stress response and into parasympathetic “rest and restore” states. Through resonance, rhythm, and vibration, the body is gently guided toward stillness.
What You’ll Experience
- Participants are immersed in a layered soundscape featuring:
- Acoustic guitar
- Flute

- Crystal singing bowls
- Voice
- Keyboard
- Ambient textures and subtle digital production
The combination of tonal frequency, melody, and harmonic layering creates an environment that can support emotional release, improved sleep, mental clarity, and a grounded sense of calm.
Why Sound-Based Practices Work
Intentional sound experiences can influence brainwave patterns and help regulate the nervous system. For many, this offers an accessible pathway into meditative states — especially for those who find traditional silent meditation difficult.
