Narrative Therapist – Clinical Specialist

MA, MACA, RTC

Carmen is an experienced therapist and supervisor spending the first half of her career supporting communities through a handful of Vancouver non-profit organizations before moving into independent practice, where she continues to centre accessibility and community knowledge. A diverse curriculum of study, training and mentorship beginning in 2017 has supported extensive practice based research in substance assisted therapies.

As a published author and international speaker, making the list of Double Blind magazine’s top 100 female disruptors in psychedelics, she is recognized for pioneering creative relational approaches to working with altered states, specializing in (psycholytic) low dose protocols.
A former graduate, adjunct trainer and supervisor at Therapsil, Carmen is proud to join the team at Qi as a clinical specialist, providing training and mentorship as we develop our low dose program. A collaborative approach that invites clients to explore and maximize the potential of low dose ketamine at their preferred pace and depth, with attuned and responsive care.
